一,供应商的选择与管理
对供应商的实力、资质与信誉进行综合的评估,内容包括检测报告的完整性,配送时间的准确性、产品质量的稳定性等各项内容。
二,原材料采购流程
1,珍鼎采购系统统一采用招标采购的方式进行集中采购、统一加工、配送。
2,珍鼎将原料质量安全作为选择供应商的最重要标准,供应商所供的原料必须通过绿色认证,优先选择行业最优、规模最大的企业作为合作伙伴。
3,供应商的资质等级证书。是否具有ISO9000、HACCP和GMP等管理体系的认证证书、企业营业执照、卫生许可证、产品质量合证明、产品质量检验检疫证明、产品进口证明、原产地证明以及能够证明供应商满足特定行业最低强制性标准的文件等。
5,供应商需保证他所提供的商品保质的同时,提供市场上最优惠的价格。
6,在合同中必须记录下供应商的交货天数、库存天数和生产或进口天数。供应商应遵守合同规定的运货期。
7,协商的进货价将是固定的,对于新价格,应在珍鼎同意后一个月生效。
三,成本控制

I Supplier Selection and Management
We will make comprehensive evaluation on the strength,qualification and credit of suppliers,including the integrity of test reports,accuracy of delivery time,stability of product quality and other contents.
II Raw Material Procurement Process
1.The procurement system of Tripod adopts uniform invitation for bid in procurement,processing and delivery.
2.Tripod takes raw material quality safety as the most important standard for selecting suppliers.The raw materials provided by suppliers must pass green certification,and priority will be given to the best and largest enterprises of the industry.
3.Certificates of suppliers.Whether suppliers possess ISO9000,HACCP and GMP and other management system certificates,business license,hygiene license,quality conformance,quality inspection and quarantine certificate,product import license,certificate of origin and other documents that can prove the supplier meet the minimum compulsory standards for special industries.
4.Suppliers should provide the best price of the market at the time of guaranteeing the quality of the provided goods.
5.The delivery time,day of inventory,production or import should be recorded in the contract with suppliers,who should comply with the shipment time stipulated in the contract.
6.The negotiated purchase price is fixed.The new price will come into effect after one month upon the consent of Tripod.

冷链及其管理
控制温度是抑制微生物繁殖最有效的途径之一,珍鼎所采购的冷冻、冷藏品到加工中心时必须要进行温度控制检查,对所有冷冻、冷藏品的操作都不能脱离冷链达30分钟以上。对成品执行行业热链温度控制标准。 设备及其检查
珍鼎对所有服务的客户现场都配置了冷冻冷藏库/柜,每天对冷冻冷藏库/柜做两次温度检查,确保每个 冷冻冷藏库/柜符合温度要求。
色别及其消毒
珍鼎中央工厂及所有客户项目点厨工器具和清洁工具必须采用色彩目视管理,避免交叉污染。
珍鼎员工正确的工作方法:必须进行严格训练,执行行业热链控制温度标准,使用高效保温设备, 使食品中心温度始终控制在65度以上,确保食品安全。
Cold chain and its management
Controlling temperature is one of the most effective way to inhibit the reproduction of microorganisms.The chilled and frozen products purchased by Tripod have to undergo temperature control inspection afer being delivered to the processing center,and all the operation on these products can't be separated with the cold chain for above 30 minutes. Equipment and inspection
Tripod equips frozen and refrigerating chambers/cabinets on all the service sites and conducts temperature inspection on these chambers/cabinets twice a day to ensure every chamber/cabinet in line with the requirements of temperature.
Color specificationand disinfection
The central plant of Tripod and all of its servie sites shall adopt visual inspection on the color of its kitchen utensils and cleaning tools to avoid cross pollution.
The correct working method of Tripod employees:receive strict trainings,implement the hot-chain control temperature standards of the industry,use efficient heat-preserved equipment to keep the center temperature of food above 65°C in order to ensure food safety.
珍鼎每天对每批次产品留样48小时,由专业的检验人员对产品及原料进行化学、物理指标检测,并出具检验报告进行存档。年出具检验报告3万余组。
客户及其管理
建立客户恳谈、厨房开放日、满意度调查、突发事件预案、应急公关预案、24小时意见反馈等制度,保证了珍鼎为客户提供优质、稳定、互动的优质服务。
Tripod reserves the sample of each batch of products of everyday for 48 hours,and asks professional inspectors to conduct chemical and physical inspection on the priducts and raw materials and kees the issued inspection reports on file.It issues over30,000 groups of inspection reports annually.
